What a great day at the lake! Our first annual Child Nature Day was a success :) We made sun catchers from recycled materials, bird boxes, and pine cone peanut butter bird feeders as well as had an awesome nature walk. Special thanks to neighbor, friend, and protector of the lake Jim Campbell for leading the walk. Also want to thank Libby Quinn and Amy Zanot for helping to assist the kiddos with crafts, Barry Cummings for building the bird boxes, and Joy Bernhard and Maryann Hazlett for donating supplies. Next lake event is the FISHING DERBY June 7th.
